Getting Back to Being You.
Don’t feel like yourself lately?
Anxiety, low mood and stress are common, but at times they can have a significant impact on our quality of life. Sometimes we may know what’s making things difficult - bullying at work or school, the end of a relationship, a medical condition or any number of other stressors - but at other times we don’t necessarily know why we’re struggling. At times our difficulties may be a diagnosable disorder, but often they’re less intense but still difficult - thoughts, feelings and behaviours that become hard to manage. In either case, when things have been tough for a while, many people stop feeling like themselves and life can lose its joy. If that’s the case for you or a loved one, seeing a psychologist can help.
Our psychologists are mental health experts who find great satisfaction in helping people to get back to the best version of themselves. They are highly trained and experienced and are registered with AHPRA and the Psychology Board of Australia. They are up-to-date with the most current research, but just as importantly, they’re warm and compassionate and they love helping people just like you.
